The new Coming To Christ Series
episodes 6 through 10 first aired June
6-10, 2016 on EWTN are now available on DVD! Each
episode premiered at 6:30PM Eastern Standard Time and was encored at
2:30AM the following morning. Look for all 10 episodes to be rebroadcast
again soon on EWTN, or get your own copy of the DVDs from EWTN or Susan.
Inspired by the Matthew 11:28 verse upon which she originally based a retreat, Susan Conroy created a new series called "Coming to Christ." Susan and EWTN recorded a10 part series on the coast of Maine and it's initial 5 episodes aired June 9-13 2014, twice a day, 3:00AM and 6:30PM, again that October and subsequently June 22-26, 2015. The most recent airing of episodes 6-10 is September 25-29, 2017. If you missed it, all 10 episodes are available from EWTN on two 2-DVD sets. Amazon currently has just the first 5. Now that final 5 episodes aired on EWTN, all filmed on location in Maine featuring some of Susan's fellow young adult Maine residents, a second DVD set is now available. | In the Introduction to the book Coming
to Christ: Resting In His Love, Susan shared the following
insight: "This book is unique in that it blossomed from a television series! It is filled with reflections on how to come to Our Lord Jesus and find refreshment and peace. It contains the very basics of our Faith which are vital to us all, because to find Jesus Christ is to find salvation, since 'no one comes to the Father except through Jesus.'" My father used to say 'remember God, and He will remember you.' Throughout these pages, we will be sharing ways to keep turning to God and re-turning to God. This material was first presented and filmed outdoors in the state of Maine, overlooking the open Atlantic Ocean and overlooking the mountains. We were surrounded by God’s own glorious creation – because natural beauty draws us closer to Christ and raises our minds and hearts to Him. Our Lord Jesus liked to be near the sea – and so did the Apostles. They also liked to climb mountains to pray to Our Heavenly Father. In imitation of Christ, we went to the mountains and to the sea!

UPDATE! Susan wrote and filmed an additional five episodes of her EWTN series Coming To Christ in late summer 2015, entitled Coming to Christ: Young Adults and the Church! At the same time, a special episode of EWTN's Life on the Rock was recorded outdoors at Portland Head Light with Father Mark and a number of Maine young adults. Below are pictures from those events.
